Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the highly specialized engineering hours and automated computational resources allocated immediately upon pipeline initiation, Outlierr enforces a strict no-refund policy. All flat-rate single-project execution fees are final once work begins, at the deployment estimate quoted and confirmed at intake. For Continuous Priority Support Retainers (billed quarterly at the rate confirmed at intake), clients may cancel their ongoing subscription at any time. Cancellations must be submitted via email 15 days prior to the initialization of the next 90-day fiscal billing cycle to avoid automated recurring charges.
Service Delivery & Fulfillment Timeline
Upon successful invoice settlement, an encrypted, dedicated Ingestion Vault is provisioned within 12 hours. Standard single-project technical deliverables are compiled and delivered digitally to the client within 48 to 72 hours of complete dataset upload, unless the Emergency Priority Bypass is explicitly selected. Quarterly retainer maintenance operates continuously across the active 90-day cycle.

Outlierr operates in compliance with applicable U.S. federal, state, and international regulations governing data processing, financial technology, and professional services. Payment processing is provided by Stripe, Inc.; by submitting billing information, clients agree to Stripe's applicable services agreement and privacy practices. Outlierr is not a law firm, accounting firm, or registered financial advisor, and nothing on this site constitutes legal, tax, or investment advice. Deliverables are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where explicitly stated in a signed engagement agreement.
Limitation of Liability & Release
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Client agrees that Outlierr, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any claims, damages, losses, or penalties arising from Client's use of the deliverables, Client's failure to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or industry standards, or any third-party actions taken in reliance upon the deliverables. Client expressly releases Outlierr from liability for ordinary negligence in data processing, reporting, or advisory activities performed under an engagement, except in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud by Outlierr Consulting. This release does not waive any claim that cannot be lawfully released under applicable law.
