This page is maintained by Outlierr to describe how we handle information submitted through Outlierr and during client engagements. Outlierr does not sell, rent, or lease client data to third parties.
Information We Collect
Through the intake form we collect the name, business email, and engagement details (service tier, infrastructure scale, selected pipeline enhancements, and any notes) you choose to submit. During active engagements, we process the datasets and operational context clients provide for the purpose of structural normalization, ledger reconciliation, and quality control.
How We Use Information
Submitted information is used to respond to inquiries, scope and deliver engagements, issue and reconcile invoices, and maintain records required for tax and accounting purposes. Client datasets are used solely to produce the agreed deliverables and are not used to train third-party models.
Third-Party Processors
We rely on a limited set of vendors to operate the service: Stripe, Inc. for payment processing; Resend for transactional email notifications generated by the intake form; and our hosting, database, and infrastructure providers for site delivery and secure data storage. Each processor handles data under its own terms and security practices.
Data Retention
Intake submissions and engagement records are retained for as long as needed to deliver services and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Client-provided source datasets are retained for the duration of the engagement and may be removed on written request, subject to reasonable operational and legal hold requirements.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.
Cookies
Outlierr uses only the cookies and local storage strictly necessary to operate the site. We do not deploy third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
