Secure Ingestion Architecture

Client datasets are transmitted through encrypted upload channels into a dedicated Ingestion Vault provisioned per engagement. All transport is protected with TLS 1.2 or higher, and at-rest storage is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 cryptography managed by our underlying enterprise cloud provider.

Isolated Processing Environments

Raw and rectified datasets are processed exclusively within isolated cloud environments scoped to a single engagement. Access is restricted to authorized Outlierr engineers under least-privilege access controls, with authentication enforced via multi-factor mechanisms.

Data Handling & Non-Disclosure

Outlierr does not sell, rent, or lease client data assets to any third party. Datasets are processed solely for the purpose of structural normalization, ledger reconciliation, and quality control assurance as defined by the active engagement. Billing data submitted through checkout is processed by Stripe, Inc. under its enterprise-grade encryption and security protocols.

Retention & Secure Destruction

Upon final delivery and client acceptance, source datasets and intermediate working artifacts are securely destroyed from active processing environments within thirty (30) days, unless a longer retention period is required by law or expressly requested in writing by the client.
