Challenge
An industrial testing laboratory preparing for an ISO/IEC 17025 external audit discovered that calibration records across multiple instruments were stored in fragmented CSV exports and unvalidated spreadsheets. Time-series drift logs contained delimiter fractures, inconsistent timestamp formats from legacy equipment, and missing environmental coefficients, creating gaps in the traceability chain required by Section 7.11.
Approach
Outlierr ingested the raw logs into an isolated pipeline, applied schema-matching to separate structural noise from authentic measurements, aligned asynchronous timestamps against the laboratory management network, and derived missing calibration parameters using immutable physics-based formulas. The repaired dataset was exported alongside an anomaly log book documenting every correction.
